Safe

I had a dream the other nite. I dreamt I was in the operating room, stretched out and ohhhhhhh-so-comfy on a big fluffy mattress. Drifting. Peaceful. I asked everyone there, "When are you going to put me on the operating table?" and one of them answered, "You already ARE on the operating table. All you have to do now is close your eyes and go to sleep." And I did.

Is there a heart o'er-bound by sorrow?
Is there a life weighed down by care?
Come to the cross--each burden bearing,
All your anxiety--leave it there.

All your anxiety, all your care,
Bring to the mercy seat--leave it there;
Never a burden He cannot bear,
Never a friend like Jesus.

No other friend so keen to help you,
No other friend so quick to hear;
No other place to leave your burden,
No other one to hear your prayer.

I love the words to that song Kris- certainly the ever enduring strength you need to get through, to give your burdens and worries to Him.
I've been thinking about you much and hope that your dream became reality. You'll be sore now but not for long and then you'll be out again walking Miss Chloe and chatting to people you meet along the way. That's just how l imagine you anyway :)
Gentle hugs dear friend. xx
Take time to get better.

I'm guessing that you are at the hospital right now either getting ready for your surgery or in surgery. I'm going to pray for you extra today. I know this is going to be good for you. And I trust God to take care of you.
(((((gentle hugs))))
