I hadn't had it until late last year, antelope and elk meat loaf...it was GOOD!Until then...it had never appealed to me at all, just the look of it....
I made meatloaf the other nite, 'cause Mr. Fairway has been begging for it. I have the same reaction...icky poo & YUCK!
BTW, thanks so much for your kind words yesterday about my daughter's acquaintance, Yoshio. Really, I don't understand how some people can be so callous as those who wrote him off as "just a homeless guy." And of course the cops aren't doing very much to try to solve the case...
Oh wow - I never thought of using stove top - what a great idea!! i am going to try that next time. and as luck would have it the blog Mennonite Girls Can Cook just posted a fabulous meatloaf recipe with bbq sauce :)
Meat does not come in loaves. Mom wouldn't make it for us, Dad won't eat it, and I can't stand the idea of eating it. My boyfriend supports my meatloaf aversion completely. Our future children will not be subjected to the horror. End of story.

Oh I love meatloaf but it has to be made with barbecue sauce instead of ketchup and be topped with bacon ;)
I LOVE MEATLOAF!
You have to make it with Stove Top Stuffing, NO peas and carrots and you MUST have mashed potatoes and brown gravy :P
You inspired a post!
Mmm... I love meatloaf, too.

That's some mighty ugly meatloaf! Mine looks better and tastes doggone good. At least it does to Mama and me.
