It's but little good you'll do a-watering the last year's crops. ~ George Eliot

Another chapter of their babyhood gone.
Today,
I put the double stroller out in the front yard
with a
"FREE"
sign attached.
When I came home from church
it was
gone.

Each of those saying-goodbye-to-childhood-things milestones is a bit heart-wrenching. Just looking at my sons' childhood photos makes me get misty-eyed at times. But I do enjoy seeing them be parents to their own children, so that is the reward for me and my husband.

Oh, the MILES you three put on that stroller!

If it could talk...

ohhhh, I know that was a good thing but a sad thing. Glad someone can make use of it. I know every time we had a garage sale and sold what the kids didn't use any more, I remember thinking "there goes that part of their lives". Can't keep them young, can't keep all their things. but thankfully we can keep them no matter what age they are :)

I love that you paid it forward by giving it away. May the love you enjoyed with your grandboys in that stroller carry on!
